THE BEACH

Bonita Beach is famous for its fine, white sand that is a favorite of sand sculptors around the world. The white sand extends for miles for beach walks and shelling. The tranquil gulf waters are perfect for swimming, riding a raft, or watching dolphins, sea birds, and other sea animals. In the summer it is sea turtle nesting season and you can see the tracks of the giant loggerheads who come ashore at night to lay their eggs. Many also enjoy fishing, not just in the gulf but in the back bay and on the point of Little Hickory Island.

This condo at Seascape on Little Hickory Island, Bonita Beach is perfect for anybody who wants to escape a long winter or perhaps lives locally but never gets to enjoy the beaches in their own backyard. Escape for a month in the summer and commute to work from the beach or work remotely from the beach.
I used to list my property on VRBO.com but they add unwanted fees to both the renters and the owners so I have created this website for my Seascape unit. I live in Estero so being local makes it much easier for me to see to my renters' needs. This photo is Pre Hurricane Ian
